- Due to the nature of custom printed garments, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any goods unless they are misprinted or otherwise defective. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for items that were purchased in the wrong size.
- If you have received a misprinted or otherwise defective garment, you can return your order within 10 days from the delivered date for a replacement or full refund, less shipping and handling.
- Please contact us for the return address with a description of why you are returning the item. Returned products must be in new, unused condition, and contain all original packaging and accessories (including when applicable, all warranty cards and product manuals/instructions).
- Product that has been misused or shows any signs of use will not be refunded. Please be advised Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- You will be responsible for making sure the item gets back to us safely, please ship the items in appropriate packaging so that they will not be damaged upon arrival. No Signature required.
- The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, import tariffs, and taxes - that may result in multiple charges. If your order is seized in your county, we cannot refund payment. Packages returned due to non-payment or refusal of the delivery, will not be refunded. You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When purchasing from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
